We’re looking for a Backend Developer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience to join our fast-moving product team.In this role, you'll help shape the backend of our AI-driven conversational platforms, working on scalable APIs, data pipelines, and system integrations using FastAPI and modern Python frameworks. You'll collaborate closely with frontend, AI/ML, and product teams to build experiences that delight users and deliver business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and RESTful APIs using FastAPI
• Build and scale backend infrastructure to support real-time conversational AI applications
• Optimize performance and reliability of services, algorithms, and data storage systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture, product design, and feature delivery
• Deploy and manage services on AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Work with MongoDB, Redis, and RabbitMQ for efficient data processing
• Contribute to CI/CD workflows, documentation, and backend engineering best practices
  

Candidate Persona

• 2–4 years of backend development experience, ideally in a SaaS or AI-focused environment
• Strong programming skills in Python; experience with FastAPI or Flask
• Working knowledge of MongoDB and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Experience with Git, Agile/Scrum, and collaborative team development
• A problem-solving mindset, strong debugging skills, and clear communication
• Bonus: exposure to conversational AI, NLP frameworks, or DevOps tooling
