Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications Write clean, efficient, and testable code Debug and troubleshoot software issues across multiple layers of the stack Collaborate closely with senior developers, designers, and product managers Document software processes, technical designs, and workflows Stay updated with the latest technologies and frameworks Contribute to building innovative solutions that enhance user experience Proactively identify and resolve technical and performance issues Key Skills & Technologies: Must-Have: Proficiency in Python Knowledge of Flask or Django frameworks PostgreSQL or similar relational databases Redis for caching Celery for asynchronous task queues Elasticsearch for search and analytics Who Can Apply: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or final-year students) Strong foundation in programming fundamentals and OOP concepts Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment Enthusiastic about learning and working with new technologies Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment Why Join RoadCast?
