Role Summary

Backend Developer Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Develop RESTful and asynchronous APIs using Python (FastAPI/Flask)
• Integrate and manage data with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Use Git and GitHub for version control and collaboration
• Deploy services using CI/CD pipelines and manage deployments on GCP
• Work with GCP tools such as BigQuery, Cloud Run, VPC, VM Instances, and Kubernetes
• Collaborate with frontend and product teams to build robust, scalable systems
• Troubleshoot and debug backend services in various environments
  

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Final-year students or recent graduates in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
• Strong proficiency in Python with experience in FastAPI or Flask
• Solid understanding of SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases
• Hands-on experience with Git and GitHub
• Exposure to GCP tools such as BigQuery, Cloud Run, VPC, VM Instances, and Kubernetes
• Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Plus: Knowledge of Docker
