Role Description

We are looking for a Backend Developer to join our core engineering team and help build high-performance, secure, and scalable financial systems.

You will work on backend services that power real-time transactions, APIs, and critical business logic in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of backend development experience
Strong hands-on experience with Go (Golang)
Experience working with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, etc.)
Proficiency with GitHub and collaborative development workflows
Strong understanding of REST APIs, databases, and backend architecture
Experience following TDD (Test-Driven Development) practices
Good problem-solving and debugging skills

Good to Have (Plus Points)

Experience in Fintech domain
Exposure to Blockchain / Crypto systems
Experience building high-availability systems
Knowledge of distributed systems and scalability concepts
