Backend Developer


Key Responsibilities

  • API Development & Integration

  • Design, build, and maintain

    RESTful/GraphQL APIs

    for mobile and web applications.
  • Integrate third-party services and ensure seamless communication across platforms.

  • Database Design & Management

  • Develop scalable

    database schemas

    (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
  • Implement efficient

    data modeling, indexing, and query optimization

    .
  • Ensure

    data security, backups, and recovery protocols

    .

  • Authentication & Security

  • Implement

    secure login, session management, and authorization layers

    (JWT, OAuth2).
  • Protect sensitive user data with

    encryption and best practices

    .

  • Admin Panel & Dashboard Development

  • Build intuitive

    admin dashboards

    for managing users, analytics, rewards, and workflows.
  • Implement

    role-based access control

    and reporting modules.

  • Performance & Deployment

  • Optimize backend performance for

    scalability and high availability

    .
  • Deploy backend services to

    cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Firebase)

    .
  • Set up

    CI/CD pipelines

    for streamlined releases.

  • Collaboration

  • Work closely with

    frontend/mobile developers and UI/UX designers

    .
  • Participate in

    sprint planning, code reviews, and agile ceremonies

    .


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of Strong proficiency in

    Node.js, Python, or Java

    (Node.js preferred)
  • Solid experience in

    REST API / GraphQL design

    .
  • Hands-on expertise with

    SQL & NoSQL databases

    (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
  • Strong understanding of

    authentication, authorization, and API security

    .
  • Experience in

    building and managing admin dashboards

    .
  • Familiarity with

    cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, Firebase)

    .
  • Proficiency with

    Git, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker)

    .


Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with

    microservices architecture & Kubernetes

    .
  • Knowledge of

    AI/ML API integration

    .
  • Familiarity with

    real-time data processing (WebSockets, Kafka, Redis)

    .
  • Understanding of

    multi-language support & localization

    .
