Backoffice Executive

• Data Analysis and Accuracy: Perform detailed analysis of various business data, maintaining a keen eye on values and metrics to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies or trends.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and maintain essential reports, documents, and records accurately and promptly.
• Excel Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft Excel daily for data entry, analysis, and reporting. This requires a comfortable working knowledge of basic functions and formulas, as well as a high degree of typing accuracy and speed.
• Effective Communication: Actively participate in team and management discussions, using strong communication skills to clearly and articulately put forward analyses, insights, and points of view.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and various departments to support back-office functions and resolve operational issues.

Qualifications And Skills

• Proven experience in a back-office, administrative, or data-focused role is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (or equivalent spreadsheet software) with a working knowledge of basic functions and formulas (e.g., SUM, AVERAGE, VLOOKUP) is required.
• Exceptional data entry and typing accuracy is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory for internal discussions and reporting.
