Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising Design, build and maintain our social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on data-driven insights Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other PPC campaigns Key Skills Required: Proven working experience in digital marketing Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, etc.) Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.) Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing principles Knowledge of marketing automation tools is a plus (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.) MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities: Visual Identity: Create and maintain the company’s visual identity. Design logos, choose color palettes, and manage brand imagery. Branding: Develop and manage consistent brand identities. Create brand guidelines and branded assets. Print Design: Design print-ready materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters. Marketing Materials: Design visuals for digital marketing. Create graphics for social media, websites, and emails. Product Packaging: Design innovative and visually appealing product packaging. Graphic Design & Video Editing: Proficient in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) is a plus. Willingness to learn video editing is highly appreciated.
Administrative support: Handle tasks like scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and processing paperwork. Internal communication: Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and information sharing. Reporting and analysis: Gather and analyze data to assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business correspondence. Office and inventory management: Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure equipment is in working order.
