Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Sales Executive to support our sales team with documentation, coordination, and customer communication. The ideal candidate should have strong administrative skills, good communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documents
Handle customer queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
Maintain sales records, databases, and follow-up trackers
Coordinate with internal teams (accounts, logistics, operations)
Follow up with customers for order confirmations and pending documents
Update CRM/ERP systems with accurate data
Assist in generating sales reports and MIS
Support the sales team with scheduling, communication, and follow-ups
Manage email correspondence and escalate issues when needed
Ensure proper documentation and filing of all sales-related information

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (BBA/B.Com preferred).
1–3 years of experience in back office sales or sales coordination.
Good communication skills.
Excel knowledge.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
