To drive sales through inbound inquiries, online leads, cold calling from database provided, and dealer coordination — ensuring timely communication, quotation, and order closure for weighing and measuring instruments. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms. Prepare and send quotations for scales, balances, and measuring instruments. Follow up with leads, negotiate, and close sales. Coordinate with the dispatch and technical teams for order execution. Maintain CRM data and ensure 100% follow-up closure. Assist the marketing team with product listings, pricing updates, and customer database management. Communicate with dealers, distributors, and repeat customers for new product requirements. Maintain product knowledge across categories like crane scales, platform scales, precision balances, moisture analyzers, and lab instruments Required Skills & Profile Minimum 3-5 years of experience in inside sales / back-office sales (preferably in industrial products or instruments). Strong communication (spoken & written English + Hindi + Marathi). Good negotiation and closing ability over phone/email. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and quotation drafting. Education Graduate in Science, Engineering, or Commerce (preferred: Electronics, Instrumentation, or related fields).
