Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / BBA / B.Com

Experience: 3–8 years of experience in a Back Office Sales Coordinator role within a manufacturing or engineering company Preferred: Experience in machine manufacturing or engineering manufacturing

Roles & Responsibilities – After Sales & Service Executive 1. Customer Support & Relationship Management 2. Installation & Commissioning Support 3. Service & Maintenance. 4. Spare Parts & Warranty Handling 5. Technical Assistance 6. Documentation & Reporting 7. Business Development Support 8. Coordination & Teamwork Work closely with Sales, Production, Quality, and Service teams for seamless customer support.

Required Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Tally ERP Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati Attention to detail and ability to handle technical documentation Good coordination and follow-up skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Eligibility Criteria: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / BBA / B.Com 3–8 years of relevant experience Only male candidates may apply

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (CTC) Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience
