Job Description

Job Title : Back Office Manager

Department : Commercial

Key Responsibilities:

· Adhere to organizational processes, protocols, and compliance standards in day-to-day operations.

· Provide operational support to the sales and marketing departments to help achieve business objectives.

· Convert inbound inquiries into potential sales by consistently following up and providing relevant information.

· Understand customer requirements and provide product/service recommendations.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing customers to enhance client retention and drive business growth.

· Ensure accurate and timely entry of sales data into ERP systems to support reporting and business analysis.

· Help in the preparation of client proposals and commercial documentation as per company standards.

· Interact with clients prior to proposal or quotation preparation, when required, to gather specific requirements and ensure accuracy in documentation.

· Responsible for preparing all necessary documents related to all type of project execution.

· Quotation preparation through ERP.

· Preparing AMC due list and follow with the respective team till the execution of AMC.

· Responsible for maintaining project-related registers and file management—both physical and digital—to ensure proper documentation and easy retrieval.

· Issuance of relevant forms & formats to respective dept/team.

· Maintain an organized database of customer information, sales activities, and leads.

· Respond promptly to customer inquiries (through enquiry number/email) and work effectively.

· Act as a point of contact between sales and respective teams. (For site visit coordination/Evaluation of existing establishment/validating the requirement/report vetting etc.)

· Assist in preparing sales forecasts, report segregation.

· Responsible for maintaining data in software as per the requirement.

Minimum Requirement:

  • Graduation in any discipline is mandatory
  • 4-5 yrs of proven experience working in a Back Office role or similar.
  • Proficiency in MS Office is mandatory.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
