Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities will include opening demat accounts, processing modifications post-account opening, and maintaining accurate client records. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and proficient with computers.

Preferred candidate profile

The ideal candidate for this role should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing tasks accurately. Freshers are welcome to apply, and no prior experience is required. Basic knowledge of demat accounts and the account-opening process is a plus, but training will be provided.

Proficiency in using computers, especially MS Office (Excel and Word), is essential, and familiarity with financial software or CRM tools would be an advantage. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are important for interacting with clients and team members.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, trustworthy, and comfortable handling sensitive client information. A problem-solving attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are key. A self-motivated and proactive approach to learning and work will help freshers excel in this role.
