Job Description

We are searching for a highly organized and experienced Back Office Executive to be a part of our team in Bhopal. You should have proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and possess the ability to manage various administrative and support tasks to ensure smooth office operations. Your responsibilities will include handling daily administrative duties and data entry tasks, preparing and overseeing reports, documents, and presentations using MS Office tools, updating databases and records accurately, liaising with different departments for information and documentation, managing emails, correspondence, and office communication, maintaining proper filing and documentation for easy retrieval, assisting the team in operational tasks, and overseeing the inventory of office supplies and procurement coordination. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a back office or administrative position, be proficient in MS Office Suite (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint), demonstrate strong data management and organizational skills, possess good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, exhibit the ability to multitask and manage time effectively, and hold a graduation degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA preferred). This is a full-time position that requires you to work in person at our Bhopal location.,
