📌 About the Role

Back Office Executive

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Manage and update
data records
, reports, and documentation accurately.
Maintain
Excel sheets
with proficiency in formulas (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot, Basic MIS).
Assist in
inventory tracking, reconciliation, and stock reports
(added advantage).
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth back-end operations.
Prepare and share daily/weekly operational reports.
Handle email communication, documentation, and backend support tasks.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks with quality output.

💡 Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of
MS Excel
& basic formulas.
Good
English communication skills
– written & verbal.
Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping ability.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet timelines.
Inventory knowledge will be an added benefit.

🎓 Qualification

Minimum Graduate
(Any stream).
