Responsibilities:

  • Enter sales orders in CRM & ERP systems.
  • Create and share customer quotations.
  • Update clients on dispatch & delivery status.
  • Follow up with internal operations and support teams.
  • Handle general back-office tasks and documentation.
  • Use Advanced Excel for reports and data analysis.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Business Central ERP & Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Strong attention to detail, coordination & time management.
