Back Office Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Backend Support Executive to manage GPS data tracking systems, prepare and submit reports, coordinate with government/private officials, and maintain strong professional relationships. The role requires good communication skills, data handling ability, and basic technical understanding of GPS systems.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor and track GPS data through backend software and dashboards
• Analyze GPS reports related to vehicle movement, speed, route, and stoppages
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and submit them to clients/officials
• Coordinate and attend meetings with government or private officials as required
• Maintain good professional relationships with clients, officials, and internal teams
• Handle data corrections, validations, and system updates
• Support field teams by providing backend technical and data assistance
• Maintain records, documentation, and MIS reports
• Respond to client queries related to GPS tracking data
• Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting

Key Skills & Requirements

• Basic knowledge of GPS tracking systems (preferred)
• Male candidates only required
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prepare reports and present data clearly
• Strong coordination and relationship management skills
• Willingness to meet officials and attend review meetings
• Basic technical understanding and problem-solving ability

Educational Qualification

• Any Graduate / Diploma (IT, Electronics, or related fields preferred)

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Immediate joiners preferred
• Candidates with backend support, MIS, or GPS experience will have an advantage
• Willing to travel locally when required
