Field Service Engineer

The ideal candidate for this role should have a degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electronics. It is essential to have familiarity with GPS technology and applications, along with hands-on experience with electrical and electronic devices. Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electronic issues is also required. Additionally, you should possess the ability to read and understand technical diagrams and schematics. Good communication skills are necessary for customer interaction and support. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are valued traits. As this role involves frequent travel within designated job locations, a willingness to travel is a must. As a part of your responsibilities, you will be required to install and maintain GPS systems, reverse cameras, and parking sensors. Providing on-site troubleshooting and repair services for electronic devices, assisting customers with technical issues, and offering practical solutions are key aspects of the role. Conducting routine inspections and preventive maintenance on installed systems, documenting service activities, and managing service reports are also part of the job. Ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards, collaborating with the technical team to enhance service quality, and staying updated with the latest technological advancements are essential tasks. This is a full-time position suitable for fresher candidates.
