Minimum: Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or any relevant field. Additional certifications in computer applications, data entry, or office management are preferred. Enter, update, and maintain company databases, records, and documents. Prepare, verify, and process invoices, bills, purchase orders, and other paperwork. Handle filing, scanning, emailing, and record-keeping tasks.
