Job Description

We seek a reliable and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our team. The candidate will handle administrative tasks, support office operations, maintain records, process data, and ensure smooth internal workflows. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain documentation and filing systems. Enter and update data into internal databases with high accuracy. Handle back-end support for customer queries and coordinate with front-office teams. Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed. Coordinate with different departments to ensure operational efficiency. Perform basic accounting or bookkeeping tasks as required. Manage emails, calls, and other forms of correspondence. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Support HR, finance, or sales teams with administrative tasks. Key Skills and Competencies: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Time management and problem-solving skills.
