Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Back office Executive at Iolite Softwares in Ahmedabad. The Back office Executive will be responsible for lead generation, communication with clients, customer service, and driving sales for the company.

Qualification: Graduates/ Undergraduates

• Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

Preference: Schooling in English Medium with excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written) and Basic Computer skills are compulsory.

The primary role and responsibilities include the following:

Lead Generation:

• Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels.
• Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities.

Client Communication:

• Maintain effective and professional communication with clients.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Customer Service:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Sales Growth:

• Drive sales initiatives to achieve company targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the customer base.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts.
• Provide support and guidance to junior sales team members.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Seek opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement.
• Preparation of the product literature for company brand building.

Product Demonstration:

• Demonstration of the software products to Customers and Prospects.
