Back Office Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update company records, databases, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in the preparation of invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and routine reports.
Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, purchasing, and logistics for smooth workflow.
Handle email communications, documentation tracking, and timely follow-ups.
Ensure systematic filing and proper archiving of all company records.
Utilize MS Office and internal software tools to support daily operations.
Learn and assist with inventory tracking and ERP system operations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
0 to 5 years of experience in a back-office or administrative role (fresher’s are welcome).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
