In this role, you will utilize your technical expertise to develop strong customer relationships, propose tailored solutions, and drive sales growth. You will collaborate with the sales team to deliver technical guidance, conduct product demonstrations, and support customers with their unique technical challenges. Key Responsibilities: Product Knowledge & Application: Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s products, services, and technical specifications, ensuring effective application in customer solutions. Market Development: Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying their technical requirements and proposing customized solutions to meet their needs. Sales Support & Presentations: In the Sales Support & Presentations role, you'll work with the sales team to provide technical expertise, conduct product demos, deliver presentations, and address customer inquiries to support the sales process. Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate technical documentation, such as product manuals, datasheets, and technical specifications, to support customers and the sales process. Proposal & Quotation Preparation: Prepare and submit accurate technical quotations and proposals, ensuring they align with customer specifications and requirements. Qualifications & Experience: Educational Qualification: B.E./B.TECH. Or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical sales, ideally in an industrial or mechanical engineering Field.
