Back Office Executive

Job Title: Back Office Executive Location: [Nirala Nagar ] Job Type: Full-Time Department: Operations / Administration Reports to: Back Office Manager / Operations Head Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our administrative and operational functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by handling data entry, record maintenance, processing documentation, and providing support to other departments. Key Responsibilities: Perform accurate data entry and update internal databases and systems. Process and maintain records, documents, and files as per company policies. Coordinate with front office teams to ensure smooth workflow and information flow. Handle email correspondence, reports, and internal documentation. Manage inventory, supplies, and other administrative tasks as assigned. Maintain confidentiality and security of all company information and files. Prepare reports and summaries as requested by management. Assist in payroll, billing, or finance-related documentation if required. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree 0–2 years of experience in back office, administration, or data entry roles. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
