Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Back Office Executive – Fresher role based in Malad. The selected candidate will be responsible for various back-office administrative tasks, including managing documentation, handling data entry, organizing files, and coordinating with different teams. Additional responsibilities may include scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and ensuring seamless communication between departments to support day-to-day operations effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in data entry, record management, and using office tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills, along with basic email handling
• Ability to support coordination and liaise effectively between departments
• Flexibility to learn and adapt to new tools and processes quickly
• Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Previous internship or coursework in administrative or office work is a plus
• Graduate freshers are welcome.
