Job Description

Communication: Answer phones, direct calls, take messages, and respond to basic inquiries from clients and colleagues. Scheduling and coordination: Book meetings, manage calendars, and arrange travel or other logistical details. Office management: Maintain an inventory of office supplies and order new materials as needed. Record-keeping: File documents, manage and organize files, and perform data entry. Clerical tasks: Handle mail, operate office equipment like photocopiers and fax machines, and perform general administrative duties.
