Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Supervisor located in Kamrej Surat. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, managing production schedules, and coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient production operations. The role includes supervising staff, monitoring production processes, ensuring product quality, and implementing production plans. The supervisor will also be tasked with maintaining production equipment, resolving operational issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Qualifications Supervisory Skills and Production Management skills Experience in creating and managing Production Schedules and Production Planning Strong Communication skills Ability to resolve operational issues effectively and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field Ability to work independently and lead a team Experience in the food production industry is a plus
