Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Inventory, Back Office & Accounts Executive to support day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle documentation, and record-keeping in company systems or software.
  • Maintain and update customer/client information in databases
  • Assist in processing orders, entries, and client follow-ups.
  • Coordinate withother teams for daily tasks.
  • Manage emails, documentation filing, and maintain confidential records.
  • Assist in KYC and other compliance-related documentation,
  • Reconcile data and reports to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support in client tracking, or updates (as required).
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as printing, scanning, mailing, and correspondence.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in inventory/back office/accounts
  • Proficient in NSE, BSE and other related software.
  • Commerce graduate preferred (B.Com/M.Com)
  • Attention to detail and organized work style
  • Experience in Stock Broking firm is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
