RESPONSIBILITIES- Monitor and optimize chemical processes for smooth production. Troubleshoot process issues and suggest improvements. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental norms. Prepare process documentation and reports. Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams. SKILL SET Process optimization and troubleshooting. Knowledge of process equipment (reactors, pumps, distillation units). Safety and compliance awareness (HSE). Data analysis and technical documentation. Team collaboration and communication. Basic knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma (preferred). Requirements: B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering. 2+ years of experience in process/production. Knowledge of process equipment and basic HSE practices. Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
