The Customer Support Associate (CSA) will support cluster development initiatives and MSME outreach programs, assist in operational and documentation activities, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as per requirements.
· Support cluster development activities and MSME outreach programs.
· Generate potential leads for direct credit initiatives.
· Assist in data collection, documentation, reporting, and coordination with stakeholders.
· Provide logistical and operational support for trainings, workshops, and meetings.
· Perform any other related duties and assignments as entrusted by SIDBI from time to time.
· Educational Qualification:
· Must have basic knowledge of accounting and banking.
· Should possess basic computer knowledge.
· Preference will be given to local candidates with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing the local language, Hindi, and English.
· Must hold a valid driving license.
