Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Employee, based in Surat. The successful candidate will handle back office operations such as data management, maintaining records, and processing transactions. Additional tasks include providing customer service support, efficient communication with clients, coordinating with internal teams, and assisting in financial or sales-related administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Back Office Operations, including data entry, file management, and transaction processing
• Strong Communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
• Customer Service orientation and skills to address client needs effectively
• Basic understanding of Finance and Sales to manage administrative tasks related to these areas
• Proficiency in using office software and tools relevant to the role
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site setting and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Educational background in business, accounting, finance, or related fields is preferred
