Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Back Office Employee. The primary responsibilities include performing administrative tasks, managing documentation, coordinating with internal teams and customers, supporting sales and finance operations, and maintaining accurate records. The Back Office Employee will also provide timely and efficient support to ensure smooth office operations and excellent customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Back Office Operations, including data management, documentation, and record-keeping.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate effectively and ensure client satisfaction.
• Knowledge of Finance-related operations and Sales support processes.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.) and other relevant tools.
• Higher education degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is a plus.
