We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support the daily administrative operations of our dental clinic. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining patient records, coordinating with the front office and clinical staff, and managing inventory and documentation efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update patient records and databases (digital and physical). Schedule and confirm patient appointments and follow-ups in coordination with the front desk. Coordinate internal communication between dentists, hygienists, and front office staff. Handle billing, insurance claims, and payment records accurately. Track and manage inventory of dental and office supplies; place orders as needed. Prepare reports, invoices, and internal documentation. Maintain compliance with clinic protocols, confidentiality standards, and healthcare regulations. Support the preparation and filing of statutory documentation related to the clinic’s operations. Assist in basic HR and administrative tasks like onboarding new staff, attendance tracking, and file management. Respond to patient queries related to appointments, billing, or documentation via email or phone, as needed.
