This job is provided by apna.co The Back Office Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily administrative and operational activities, ensuring smooth internal processes, accurate documentation, and effective coordination between departments. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficiency, data accuracy, and organizational support.
Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain internal records, files, and databasesCoordinate between front office, operations, and management teamsPrepare reports, documents, and presentations as requiredHandle data entry and ensure accuracy of informationMonitor workflow and follow up on pending tasksSupport billing, invoicing, and basic accounting activitiesEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresAssist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendarsHandle email correspondence and internal communicationsSupport audits and internal reviews when requiredQualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related fieldProven experience in back office, administrative, or coordination rolesStrong organizational and time-management skillsAttention to detail and accuracyGood communication and coordination abilitiesProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to multitask and work under pressureWork Environment:Office-based role with standard business hoursMinimal customer-facing interaction
