Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Coordinate with clients after order placement to confirm details and ensure smooth processing. Act as the main point of contact between the company and clients for post-order support. Monitor order status, dispatch, and delivery timelines, updating clients accordingly. Handle basic client queries, resolve issues, or escalate them to the concerned department. Maintain accurate client interaction records and update the CRM/database regularly. Coordinate internally with operations, logistics, and sales teams for timely order fulfillment. Provide regular follow-ups and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Prepare and share status reports with management as required.
