Job Summary:

Khushbu Auto Finance Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive for our Rajkot office. The ideal candidate should have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and will play a key role in managing data, reporting, and supporting internal operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage large data sets with accuracy and speed.
• Prepare and analyze MIS reports, dashboards, and summaries as per business requirements.
• Automate reports using advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, conditional formatting, advanced formulas, data validation, macros).
• Ensure proper documentation and file management for records and reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to provide data support and resolve queries.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives to increase back-office efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, or related field preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, charts, macros, and data analysis tools).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in a similar back-office role will be an advantage.
