Back Office Assistant


🧾 

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update order logs, dispatch records, and daily sales reports
  • Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams for smooth back-end support
  • Assist in generating invoices, purchase orders, and basic data entry
  • Follow up with vendors/distributors for pending documents or delivery updates
  • Organize internal files, ensure compliance with company documentation standards
  • Support inventory checks and prepare basic stock movement reports
  • Handle incoming emails/calls related to backend queries and resolve issues promptly

Skills & Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic Google Sheets
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of invoicing, documentation, and backend coordination
  • Good written and verbal communication in English and Hindi
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Prior experience in a food manufacturing/FMCG setting is a plus
