Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Back-end Operations Intern in the Founder’s Office. The role involves overseeing and managing operational processes, collaborating with various teams to ensure efficient execution of tasks, and assisting in the development and optimization of backend operations. Responsibilities will include analyzing data, process mapping, implementing operational strategies, preparing reports, and providing support for strategic projects within the organization.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
Knowledge of operations management, process optimization, and workflow tools.
Ability to collaborate effectively with teams across functions and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in relevant software such as Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, or reporting tools is preferred.
Interest in technology, innovation, and the vehicle services or mobility sectors is a plus.
Fluency in English (written and verbal communication), with the ability to articulate and present ideas clearly.
