Role Overview: As a Back-end Operations Intern in ChallanSathi's Founders Office, located in Noida, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing operational processes. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure efficient task execution, assisting in backend operations development and optimization, analyzing data, process mapping, implementing operational strategies, preparing reports, and supporting strategic projects within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze data and generate reports to support operational decision-making. - Map processes and identify areas for optimization within backend operations. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to streamline operational workflows. - Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency. - Provide support for strategic projects to drive organizational growth. Qualifications Required: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a background in data analysis and reporting. - Knowledge of operations management, process optimization, and workflow tools. - Ability to work collaboratively with teams from different functions and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills. - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in relevant software such as Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, or reporting tools is preferred. - Interest in technology, innovation, and the vehicle services or mobility sectors is an advantage. - Fluency in English for clear written and verbal communication.
