Back-end Executive

Job Description

A "DSA Backend Executive" role combines aspects of back office support, direct selling, and backend development. It involves finding potential customers for loans, processing loan applications, and supporting the backend systems that manage these processes. This role requires strong communication, data management, and problem-solving skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITY: 1.Identify potential customers interested in taking out loans and guide them through the application process. 2.Manage and coordinate the documentation and requirements for loan applications. 3.Assist with data entry, order processing, and other administrative tasks related to loan operations. 4.Handle inquiries and provide support to customers throughout the loan application process. 5.Maintain records, generate reports, and analyze data to identify trends and improve processes. KEY SKILLS: 1.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams. 2.Basic computer skills and knowledge of relevant software, including CRM systems. 3.Ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively. 4.Accuracy and attention to detail in handling data entry and record keeping. 5.Ability to identify and address issues in the loan processing workflow. 6. Understanding of loan products and financial concepts.
