About the Role

FullStack (ON-SITE)

Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated Junior Backend Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will work on developing and maintaining server-side applications, collaborating with senior developers to build scalable solutions, and contributing to our growing technology stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and Python

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

• Create and optimize database queries

• Participate in code reviews and implement feedback from senior developers

• Assist in troubleshooting and debugging backend issues

• Write and maintain API documentation

• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements

• Participate in agile development processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering

• 3+ years of professional software development experience

• Strong foundation in Node.js and Python programming

• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services

• Basic understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL)

• Familiarity with version control systems (Git)

• Knowledge of backend frameworks (Express.js, Django, or Flask)

• Basic understanding of software development principles and best practices

Preferred Skills

• Experience with microservices architecture

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines

• Experience with testing frameworks

• Basic knowledge of containerization (Docker)

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
