Job Description

Backend Developer

This is a high-impact role, you’ll work closely with the founding team to bring features from idea to deployment and ensure our stack is as efficient and secure as it is smart.

What you will work on

Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and APIs
Build and optimize infrastructure for scalability and performance
Automate deployment pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and monitoring
Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Collaborate closely with frontend, product, and ML teams
Ensure system security, uptime, and compliance readiness

What we're looking for

3+ years of backend development experience (Node.js, Python, or similar)
Strong DevOps skills (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools, Terraform or similar)
Solid understanding of cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Experience with database design and performance (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
Bonus: interest or background in AI, data pipelines, or NLP
