Job Description

Backend Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using
Spring and Spring Boot
.
Build and deploy
Microservices-based architecture
for scalability and flexibility.
Develop and maintain
RESTful APIs
for seamless integration with frontend and external systems.
Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) for data modeling, performance tuning, and query optimization.
Implement best practices for secure coding, error handling, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Participate in code reviews, unit/integration testing, and troubleshooting.
Stay updated with new backend technologies and frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in
Java
and hands-on experience with
Spring & Spring Boot
.
Experience in building and maintaining
Microservices
architecture.
Strong understanding of
REST API design and development
.
Experience with databases:
MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar
.
Familiarity with
Git, CI/CD tools, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
.
Knowledge of security best practices in backend development.
Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have:

Experience with
Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
.
Familiarity with
Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging queues
.
Knowledge of performance tuning, caching (Redis, Memcached).
Exposure to
Agile/Scrum methodologies
.
