Job Title: Senior Backend-Heavy MERN Developer

What You’ll Do

You will:

Own and drive backend architecture and development using
Node.js
, building scalable, high-performance services.
Design, build, and optimize
APIs
, microservices, and integrations.
Work with
MongoDB
for data modeling, schema design, performance tuning.
Collaborate with front-end devs (React + Vite) to define interfaces, data contracts, and integrate front/backend.
Handle deployment, infrastructure, and operations on
AWS
(EC2, Lambda, S3, etc.), ensuring high availability, security, logging, scalability.
Ensure code quality: tests, code reviews, best practices, documentation.
Participate in architectural decisions, trade-offs, and mentor junior team members.
