We’re looking for a backend-first engineer who can own server-side logic, API design, and data integration, while being comfortable stepping into full-stack responsibilities when required.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python (FastAPI) and PostgreSQL
• Implement REST APIs for data ingestion, processing, and retrieval
• Integrate ML models into production workflows
• Handle data pipelines for CSV/JSON uploads and processing
• Work closely with front-end engineers to ensure seamless integration
• Optimize backend performance and database queries
• Contribute to basic UI fixes or front-end integration when necessary (React/Next.js)
• Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Understanding of PostgreSQL (JSONB handling, RLS a plus)
• Experience with Docker and API-driven architectures
• Familiarity with frontend development (React/Next.js preferred)
• Problem-solving skills, structured thinking, and the ability to learn fast
