Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Back-end Engineer with 3-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java and Spring Boot, with expertise in building scalable and high-performance back-end systems.

Roles

• Design and develop robust back-end systems
• Implement and maintain RESTful APIs
• Optimize application performance and scalability
• Ensure system reliability and security

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable back-end services using Java and Spring Boot
• Implement and maintain RESTful APIs for front-end integration
• Optimize JVM performance and system resource utilization
• Design and optimize database schemas and queries
• Implement security and data protection measures
• Collaborate with front-end developers on API contracts
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Troubleshoot and debug complex system issues
• Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices

Experience

• 3-6 years in Java back-end development
• Strong experience with Spring Boot and Spring ecosystem
• Building and maintaining RESTful APIs
• Database design and optimization
• Agile/Scrum development methodologies

Technical Skills

• Java 8+ and Spring Boot
• RESTful API design and implementation
• SQL and NoSQL databases
• ORM frameworks (Hibernate, JPA)
• Unit and integration testing (JUnit, Mockito)
• Version control with Git
• Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• CI/CD pipelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with microservices architecture
