Overview We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Back-end Engineer with 3-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java and Spring Boot, with expertise in building scalable and high-performance back-end systems. Roles Design and develop robust back-end systems Implement and maintain RESTful APIs Optimize application performance and scalability Ensure system reliability and security Responsibilities Design and develop scalable back-end services using Java and Spring Boot Implement and maintain RESTful APIs for front-end integration Optimize JVM performance and system resource utilization Design and optimize database schemas and queries Implement security and data protection measures Collaborate with front-end developers on API contracts Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers Troubleshoot and debug complex system issues Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices Experience 3-6 years in Java back-end development Strong experience with Spring Boot and Spring ecosystem Building and maintaining RESTful APIs Database design and optimization Agile/Scrum development methodologies Technical Skills Java 8+ and Spring Boot RESTful API design and implementation SQL and NoSQL databases ORM frameworks (Hibernate, JPA) Unit and integration testing (JUnit, Mockito) Version control with Git Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) CI/CD pipelines Soft Skills Strong problem-solving abilities Excellent communication skills Attention to detail and quality Ability to work in a team environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with microservices architecture Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ) Experience with performance tuning and optimization
