Flam is building AI Infrastructure for Brands in Immersive Advertising spanning across all channels viz. Digital, Broadcast TV, Retail, Communications, Print, OOH etc.

Flam aims to redefine how consumers interact with ads, content in every shape and form, retail aisles, live broadcasts and fan moments—turning content and interfaces into shoppable, shareable experiences that deliver measurable ROI. About the Role

Backend Developer (SDE II)

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and maintainable backend services using

  Golang

  and

  Node.js

  .
• Architect and implement microservices using

  Docker

  and

  Kubernetes

  .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop features and improve system performance.
• Apply

  computer vision techniques

  to real-world problems, optimizing backend processing pipelines.
• Contribute to infrastructure design and ensure seamless deployment through CI/CD pipelines.
• Follow best practices in version control using

  Git

  , including branching, merging, and code review workflows.
• Monitor, debug, and enhance the performance of backend services in production.

Technical Expertise

• Proficiency in
