We are looking for a passionate and experienced Backend Developer with solid experience in
PHP and Node.js and a strong understanding of modern backend architectures and
containerized deployments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with
MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and Elasticsearch and be familiar with Docker-based workflows.
Experience with AWS and Kubernetes (EKS) will be a big plus.
● Design, build, and maintain robust backend services and APIs using PHP
(Laravel/Symfony) and Node.js.
● Build and optimize high-performance, scalable microservices and RESTful APIs.
● Work with relational and NoSQL databases: MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch.
● Implement and manage containerized applications using Docker.
● Collaborate with DevOps to deploy services using AWS ECS/EKS and manage
infrastructure via AWS.
● Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
● Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
● Maintain documentation for backend systems and APIs.
✅ Must-Have Skills
● 4–8 years of backend development experience.
● Good at problem solving
● Proficiency in PHP (Laravel/Symfony) and Node.js.
● Strong experience with MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and Elasticsearch.
● Hands-on experience with Docker for local development and production builds.
● Solid understanding of API design, versioning, and integration.
● Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows.
● Experience with AWS services: EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.
● Familiarity with EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service) or similar orchestration tools.
● Understanding of messaging systems (Kafka, SQS, RabbitMQ) is a plus.
● Exposure to monitoring/logging tools like ELK, Prometheus, or Grafana.
