You are being sought after to join as an Associate/ Senior Associate- Business Development to play a vital role in expanding the subscription sales business. The company is particularly looking for individuals with strong field sales experience in Delhi NCR. **Responsibilities:** - Prospecting potential clients, meeting sales targets, and managing input metrics and deliverables. - Preparing short-term and long-term sales plans, sales approaches, and strategies. - Consistently achieving revenue targets aligned with team/organizational objectives. - Managing client relationships and devising effective client strategies to enhance their business, thereby driving Cross/Up-sell Revenue for the company. - Building and overseeing outbound business development pipeline. - Identifying target accounts with strategic timing and strong use cases. - Establishing best practices and operating procedures for converting leads into sales. - Staying updated on market trends and issues impacting the Wedding industry and gathering competitor intelligence. - Taking responsibility for the growth of the allocated markets. - Demonstrating a proven track record in closing the end-to-end sales cycle, starting from prospecting, solutioning, consulting, negotiating, to relationship management. **Key Role:** - Scaling up the Market by delving deep. - Handling Relationship & Client Management. - Providing Strategy & Thought Leadership. - Conducting in-person meetings to engage with prospective clients. - Ensuring Retention and New Acquisition. **What Makes You a Great Fit:** - Experience in product-focused sales with an organized work approach. - Strong interpersonal skills enabling you to build rapport with customers by understanding their requirements. - Possessing strong business acumen and product expertise. - Adopting a Consultative Tech-Product Selling Approach. - Previous experience in Saas, Ad-sales, and Field Sales.
