Role Overview

B2B School Partnership Manager/Franchise Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B curriculum sales by pitching to school leaders, decision-makers, and management teams.
  • Visit schools regularly to build strong relationships and close deals.
  • Identify potential franchise or PoweredBy partner schools.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Manage and mentor a small team of sales executives, ensuring performance alignment.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Represent Dreamtime Learning in education events and networking forums across the region.
  • Provide regular updates and market insights to senior leadership.

Mandatory Travel Allowance & Attendance Criteria

  • Fixed Travel Allowance:

    ₹5,000 per month.
  • Attendance Compliance:

  • Minimum

    2 unique school visits per day

    for monitoring.

Requirements

  • Minimum

    4–6 years

    of B2B sales experience in the education sector (curriculum, edtech, or school partnerships preferred).
  • Proven experience handling a team as well as working independently as an IC.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions (Gujarat Region / Delhi / NCR Noida).
  • Laptop and ability to work from the office.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resourceful.
